The Board of Directors ("Board") along with the designated management company shall direct the day-to-day business of Redondo Village Homeowners Association ("Association"). The Board is composed of five (5) members elected at the annual meeting. Any owner is eligible to become a Board member provided 1) that such owner is current on maintenance fees and 2) his or her voting rights are not under suspension. In order to participate in the Board's affairs, Board members shall remain current on their account.
