The Redondo Village Homeowners Association (HOA) is governed by a Board of Directors. The Board is charged with overseeing the management of the HOA's property and affairs.

Each homeowner pays monthly association dues to cover the expenses associated with maintaining the complex's common areas (including liability insurance), water usage and administrative/legal fees.

Effective April 1, 2005 = $125 per unit, per month
