As of July 2007, the fee for each home's trash service is being billed to the Redondo Village Homeowners Association. The fee, which is currently $14.83 per home per month, is reflected on each home's monthly HOA invoice.

Water
Homeowners do not pay their own water bill, as individual homes do not have water meters. The Association pays the complex's collective water bill using funds from our monthly Association dues. The complex's main water meter is located outside of the Manhattan Beach Boulevard entry gate. The Association's water supplier is Golden State Water Company.
